No-one's perfect, but that doesn't stop us trying. Our range is pretty good now - in fact, as workplace refreshments go it's probably the best fairly traded, environmentally friendly, organically grown, freshly brewed selection around. And we're always looking to improve it.

Here are a few crumbs of wisdom about our products:

• We work with people like Cafeology and Bewleys, selling their wide range of fairtrade coffees and hot chocolates
• All our teabags and loose leaf teas have been ethically traded
• We only recommend fairtrade sugar
• We sell a number of low-fat, reduced-fat or virtually fat-free whiteners to help keep you and your people healthier
• All our cups are fully recyclable or biodegradable - but if you can buy our china or glass ones, that's even better
• We give all products a pause perspective rating before we decide if they're good enough to make it into our range
• We only pair up with suppliers who share our ethical aims and, like us, are always looking for ways to do things better
