When you rent professional coffee machines from us we take customer service very seriously. The pause promise is your guarantee of five-star treatment, at all times! Here’s what you can expect:

When we start working together

  • We’ll take a look around your site and recommend the best options for you
  • We’ll confirm your order and delivery date by email or phone
  • The pause centre nearest to you will keep you updated with the status of your order
  • One of our sales team will contact you before delivery to check the site’s ready for the new equipment to be installed
  • You decide how we contact you in future

When things are up and running

  • We’re here to help from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
  • We’ll confirm delivery when we call with your order, as well as keep you posted on new products and services
  • Your machines will get regular check ups from our on-the-road team
  • Clear invoicing will tell you how much you owe and when we expect you to pay

If things go a bit wrong

Unfortunately all equipment can play up now and then. You can tell us about faults by phone or email, or via this website, and we will:

  • Help you fix it over the phone, if we can
  • Fix it within 48HRS, if we need to send someone over
  • Replace the equipment, if the same fault pops up three times in the same month
  • Resolve any queries within three working hours
