"Hi Rebecca! thanks for letting us visit today. So you've been renting coffee machines from pause refreshment from the last 10 years what's our service like?"
"pause... refreshment calls every month, we let them know what filter coffee we need, they deliver on time every time, no complaints!"
"What made you serve up fresh filter coffee and not instant?"
"That's easy. Toni & Guy is perceived as a prestige brand, we work hard to up hold that experience in the Salon, top products, top stylist's top drinks. If we served up instant coffee then we run the risk of compromising the brand experience."
"Do you find renting a coffee machine and getting fresh coffee to the clients helps the salon atmosphere."
"Yes definitely, especially when a client is going for a new cut and is anxious about the change in style direction offering a cup of filter coffee sends a friendly message. It also helps clients not to get too frustrated when they wait for their cut. A good magazine and a cuppa keeps them happy."
"What made you choose the Bravilor coffee machine for the salon?"
"We needed a coffee machine that was small, easy to use and low maintenance. The Therm coffee machine was the obvious choice. We don't have a lot of room in the salon so it had to be table top size. Also we needed portability and coffee to stay hot all day. The Therm coffee machine ticks all the boxes."
"What do your clients think about the coffee?"
"We've experimented with a lot of filter coffee and Bewley's Irish special blend is the all time favourite. The bottom line is if the clients like it we stick with it!"
