"It costs around 25p per cup which when compared to any high street offering really is exceptional value. Also our office is based in an industrial estate miles away from any café, if we didn't have the flavia coffee machine in the office we'd have the hassle of driving into York city centre for drinks."

"Absolutely. We've been with pause... refreshment from 2007 and what keeps us happy is the service. Yes we have had situations where the coffee machine has played up but they bend over backwards to fix any problems quickly, they know how much I like my smooth roast first thing in the morning ;-)"
