In February 2007 we extended our contract with you by another five years. This meant installing new coffee machines and additional water coolers into 120 stores over a two-week period. This was completed on time with minimal disruption to the stores – a great result. I’m extremely pleased with the new solution, which allows us to meet our objective of improving our in-store refreshment service to our customers.
