High street café Gooch's in Stamford bridge raised their game when they decided to rent a La Spaziale espresso coffee machine from pause refreshment.

Gooch's café proprietor Josephine pictured above, needed a traditional café coffee machine that could handle the pace of their busy café based in the idyllic market town of Stamford Bridge Lincolnshire. "Has it taken alot of time to train your staff?"
Once we got the training from pause there was the initial training curve to pass. You soon realise using a traditional espresso coffee machine is a skill but why not ask one of the staff what they think of the machine?
"At first it was a bit difficult but we genuinely love it now. The fact that we can serve up two drinks at a time means we can keep the queue time right down. Also we've now totally opened up our speciality coffee menu so the customers have alot more choice."
"What's the number one seller?"
"We sell loads of cappuccino's with the La Spaziale and it's really fast which means we can keep the queue line down and with its two group set up we can pour two drinks at the same time. Before we had the La Spaziale it was one drink at a time which just couldn't handle busy days. The machine also makes us look like real pro's."
